Charles has 15 years of experience in Human Resources and currently serves as the Head of Human Resources with additional responsibilities of group compensation and benefits management.

His career includes various HR roles at PPC Zimbabwe Limited, Modworld Consulting, and Bellevue Spar.

Charles holds a BSc (Honours) in Operations Research and Statistics from the National University of Science and Technology (Zimbabwe) and various certifications in Strategic Management, Human Resources, Data Analytics and Supply Chain Management.
