First Capital Bank has partnered with Western Union to provide money transfer collection services from all of our branches nationwide. Western Union money transfer service allows you to receive and collect your money from any of First Capital Bank branches located in major cities and towns in Zimbabwe.
HOW CAN I ACCESS THE SERVICE?
Simply advise sender to remit or send money with Western Union Money Transfers. The message you will receive will have a PIN code that you will present together with your personal identification document at any of our branches across Zimbabwe. Always make sure that details provided match your identity particulars.
Visit any of our branches to get a first-class experience and collect your funds.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE?
The person sending the money is the only one who will be charged transactional fees. There are no fees or charges that will be required to be paid by the person receiving the money. The beneficiary receives the full amount sent to them immediately after receiving confirmation.
ARE THE FUNDS IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE?
Yes! the funds are available once transaction is complete, and confirmation generated.

DO I NEED TO BE AN ACCOUNT HOLDER TO COLLECT MY MONEY?
You do not need to be an account holder To access First Capital Bank Money Transfer Services. All that is required to transact is your confirmation credentials and identity documents.
WILL MY FUNDS BE SAFE?
Yes, your funds are safe and in the care of a reputable organization with proven track record.
WHICH CURRENCIES CAN I CASH OUT AT FIRST CAPITAL BANK?
Currently, you will be able to collect your money in USD currency.
CAN SOMEONE DO A PARTIAL CASH OUT AND LEAVE A BALANCE?
Partial payments are currently not available. You will have to collect the full amount at once.
CAN I USE WESTERN UNION TO SEND MONEY WITHIN ZIMBABWE OR TO OTHER COUNTRIES?
Sending money within Zimbabwe or other countries is currently not available. You can only use our services to receive and collect your money at any of our branches.
