Generate a secure voucher and PIN on the Mobile App and withdraw cash from any First Capital Bank ATM

Cardless Withdrawal Steps 

1. Register and log in to the Mobile App.
2. From the main menu, select Cardless Withdrawal.
3. Choose the option New Cardless Withdrawal.
4. Generate a token by entering the withdrawal amount, expiry period, and phone number to receive the token.
5. The Mobile App will generate an 8-digit token and PIN to be used for redemption.
6. Visit your nearest First Capital Bank ATM.
7. Select the Cardless Withdrawal option on the ATM.
8. Enter the token and PIN to complete the transaction
9. Just like that you will receive your cash.
