Fadzai brings 12 years of experience at the bank, where she oversees marketing activities for the group. She has held key roles, including Group Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, and Retail Sales Officer. Beyond the banking sector, she gained valuable experience at Nissan Cloverleaf and CIMAS Medical Aid Society.

She holds a Marketing degree from NUST, a postgraduate qualification in Marketing from IMM, and an MBA. Fadzai is also certified in Prince2 Project Management and has completed various courses with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).
